Hi-COLOR handworksは徳島県最南端海陽町、全国で最も水が綺麗な川の1つでもある海部川上流にある民泊宿、染色工房です。
海陽町中心部から車で約30分
山に囲まれ1年を通じて満天の星空、夏には蛍が飛び交い、朝は鳥のさえずりで目を覚まし1日が始まります。

Located in Kaiyo, in the southern-most part of Tokushima prefecture, Hi-COLOR handworks is a guesthouse and indigo dye workshop located upstream of the Kaifu River, one of Japan’s cleanest rivers.
Approximately 30 minutes by car from the heart of Kaiyo.
Tucked away in the mountains, the area has year-round starry nighttime skies, which fill with flitting fireflies in the summer. You will awake to chirping birds to start the day.

お客様との沢山のお話や染色体験をより丁寧に行うためにも１日１組限定で運営しています。
～６人まで１部屋で寝れますが、それ以上多い場合は御相談ください。
１名様の宿泊でも料金は変わりませんし、染色体験は必ずしなければいけないという事はありませんのでお気軽に御利用してください、
Lodging Limited To One Group Per Day
We limit our guesthouse experience to one group per day, in order to ensure our attentiveness – both in conversation and in our dyeing experience.
Groups of up to six can sleep in our guest quarters. For groups larger than 6, please consult with us.
The price for our guesthouse stay does not change per person, and there is no case in which you are required to do indigo dyeing – please feel free to use this space however suits you.

Hi-COLOR handworksの夕食 ~Dinner at Hi-COLOR handworks~
新鮮な地魚の刺身盛り合わせ、地元食材をふんだんに使用した天ぷら、煮物、鍋料理等季節に合わせた家庭料理を提供します。
お米は基本玄米です。苦手な方は事前に連絡頂ければ白米で提供致します。
アレルギーのある方は事前にお知らせください。出来る範囲内で対応させて頂きます。
We offer homemade meals made up of bountiful seasonal ingredients simmered, tempura-fried, or stewed, as well as fresh, locally caught sashimi-style seafood.
We typically serve brown rice with our dishes, but please let us know in advance if you would prefer white rice, so we can prepare it for you.
Please also inform us of any allergies before your visit, so that we may do our best to accommodate you.
同額でBBQも希望によって対応します。
食材、コンロ、炭、トング、食器はこちらで御用意します。
BBQ dinner is also available upon request for the same dinner price.
We will provide all necessary materials for the BBQ (charcoal, tongs, and grill), as well as ingredients and tableware.
Hi-COLOR handworksの朝食 ~Breakfast at Hi-COLOR handworks~
名水海部川の水で育ったお米と海陽町内で丁寧に製造された干物・味噌汁等を御用意致します。
アレルギーをお持ちの方は事前にお知らせください。
事前に連絡頂ければパン食に変更可能です。
Our breakfast offerings feature rice cultivated in the renowned waters of the Kaifu river, as well as dried fish and miso soup all carefully prepared in nearby Kaiyo.
Please inform us of any allergies before your visit.
We are also able to provide a bread-based breakfast, at your advance request.
素泊まりの御客様にはキッチンを開放しています。
基本調味料（塩、コショー、醤油、油）、冷蔵庫、調理器具、皿、グラス類は御自由に御使いください。
使用後は自分で洗って元の場所に戻してください。
近隣には飲食店、スーパー、コンビニ等一切御座いません。
海陽町中心部での買い物をお勧めします。
宿内に飲食物の持ち込み可能です
ゴミの分別に御協力お願いします。
宿内の水は飲用・風呂・トイレ全て天然水（海部川の水をポンプアップ）を使用しています。(水質検査済）
The kitchen is open for overnights guests to use.
Basics (salt, pepper, soy sauce, oil), refrigerator, cooking utensils, plates, and glasses are provided – please use them freely.
We ask that you please wash and return what you use to its original place after use.
Please be aware that there are no restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, or other such establishments nearby.
We recommend you do your shopping in Kaiyo.
You are welcome to bring any food or drinks you like to the guest house.
Please help us by appropriately separating your garbage during your stay.
All water used in the guest house (for drinking, baths, and the toilet) is natural spring water pumped up from the Kaifu River and has been inspected for water quality.
